I. Review of Work in 2018

This year is a year in which all parties worked togehter and the positive factors for Yiwu's development continually accumulated. Yiwu elements appeared at the 40th Anniversary of Reform and Opening-up, and YXE CHINA RAILWAY Express was written in the joint statement of China and Spain.

Over the past year, we have mainly done seven aspects of work.

Efforts was made to open up and lead the way, and market enablement was continually accelerated. The construction of the "Belt and Road" series overseas stations was started. The logistics park and freight yard was opened at Czech station, which was granted as a provincial-level overseas economic and trade cooperation zone. YXE CHINA RAILWAY Express normalized postal transport, issued "Land Silk Road Index" and was approved as the unique pilot express transport project in China etc. .

II. Major Work in 2019

In 2019, the general requirements of government work are as follows: holding high the great banner of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Charateristics for a New Era, comprehensively implementing the spirit of the 19th National Congress and previous plenary sessions of the Party, following the decision and arrangements of the provincial party commitee， provincial government，Jinhua Municipal party commitee, Jinhua municipal government and the Fifth Plenary Session of the 14th Jinhua municipal commitee, adhering to the general tone of steadily striving for progress in work, and implementing the new development concept, based on the concept of benchmarking the free trade zone and implementing the pilot zone, fully implement the "three ten", and actively integrate into the "Belt and Road", the Yangtze River Delta integration development, the Great Bay Garden, Great Corridor and Metropolitan area construction, focusing on strengthening reform, strengthening international trade, strengthening manufacturing, strengthening investment, strengthening city and Revitalizing culture, solidly work to stabilize the enterprise, increase energy and ensure safety, promote the development of high quality, and enhance the people's sense of gain, happiness and security, in order to set up a solid foundation for the construction of the world's "capital of small commodities" with high quality
